support our neighbors in Ajo

In the summer of 2025 the Ajo Samaritans became aware that the shelves of Ajo's Esperanza Food Pantry were nearly bare. The needs of people in Ajo were fast growing and the Tucson Community Food Bank's ability to supply our Food Pantry was fast shrinking. Seeing this, the Ajo Samaritans donated nearly $2,000 worth of supplemental food supplies to the Pantry. These funds will run out soon. For that reason, we are putting out a call for help to the humanitarian aid community. We ask that you buy and deliver food personally to the Esperanza Food Pantry. Or you can make a designated donation to the Ajo Samaritans, and our volunteers will do the work for you.

If you would like to help, donate online by clicking the donate button and selecting Food Pantry on the drop down menu. Or send a check made out to Ajo Samaritans with "Food Pantry" on the memo line to Ajo Samaritans, PO Box 793, Ajo, AZ 85321.
